Born in 1934, German furniture designer Horst Brüning studied architecture and interior design at the College of Graphic Arts in Hamburg until 1956. He also lived in Copenhagen and Stockholm, where he studied design. industrial. In 1963 he created an architecture and design office in Stuttgart. During this time, Brüning came into contact with Kill International and the architectural duo Fabricius & Kastholm, which allowed for a successful exchange of ideas, which ultimately led to recognition and international success. The creations of Brüning and Fabricius & Kastholm were originally manufactured by the same company and were taken over today by Lange Production to continue this original idea.
